No, but really, this is my thirty cent tow bar. Or rope, rather. It works great. I got tired of pushing the plane back into the hangar by the horizontal and vertical stabilizers...I hate pushing hard on any part of the plane, really. This rope lets you pull it back way more easily.
The major conquest for the day...putting the old couch on CASTERS. Now we're talkin'. The thing rolls around nice and smooth and silent. Pull it out front for the lazy afternoons, push it back when not in use or whatever. Dig it.
