A couple of months ago, I was killing time before the DAR showed up, and I was fantasizing about this upcoming trip. I got a zillion requests from all sorts of people asking if I could stop in at their home fields and such. I even got lots of offers to buy our fuel! That's ridiculous, but thanks to everybody who was so generous to make that offer. I stated at the time that this trip is all about Jen...it's our anniversary, and Jen has wanted to go to Prince Edward Island since she was a kid. We're not going to be social, and we are deliberately going to try to avoid bumping into anybody we know. I hope people respect our wishes. Anyway, recently more people have been offering lunch and fuel and places to stay and all sorts of stuff...again, I really do appreciate your generosity, but we truly do want to be alone for this trip.
